16 days on the Warrior diet 7kgs lost ,time to add green veggies and fruit

Ok I should never have left the warrior diet but what can I say I am human and life was full of fun and intresting people who happened to like beer and fried chicken more than once a day.

The important thing is I decided to rein in my belly before things went too far and I made a commitment to myself which I stuck to and in just over two weeks I am slim and trim again.

It is not dangerous and it works the only catch is it takes serious discipline and you have to be pretty dedicated.I am where I want to be weight wise so now I am going to add a lot more veggies especially green ones and a little bit of fruit into the mix and I believe that by restricting sugar and ramping up my vitamin and mineral intake I will stay lean and more importantly be super healthy inside.
