As always my circuts do not take long to complete but hit most muscle groups dynamicaly and explosively. I feel my fitness levels and strength are maintained and my flexibility is enhanced.
I love the half squat jumps because I need to concentrate on the eccentric aspect and landing softly.The change of direction really hits my stabilisers and improves agility.
The wall crawls are safe and challenging especially for clients who are used to training hard but need to be careful of aggravating old shoulder injuries.
I love burpees for all around fitness and the fact that you link your hips core and shoulders in a coordinated explosive pattern.
