Groin strains

Groin strains are bad injuries and can take a long time to heal.Massage high up into the adductor complex helps promote blood flow and healing but is only half the solution.The imbalance between adductors and abductors must be addressed to prevent recurring pain and injury.

Stop doing this stretch !!!!! Most people have great hip opening but very poor internal rotation.If you keep on lengthening the inner thigh it will never heal or strengthen.
