Intermittent workouts

Today I was the first one in at the Spa, after restocking the towels and doing a bit of cleaning and dusting I had some time on my hands so I thought why not do a little mini workout just to get my heart rate up and release some feel good chemicals.

All these exercises are done in very short bursts because the physical demand is high and I like to keep my technique relatively sharp. I am also working at altitude about 2800m ( Bhutan ) so the air is pretty thin and it does not take much to get me panting.I will complete a few of these circuts throughout the day whenever I feel the urge and no one is looking
